    Since then, she has designed thousands of garments for private customers, boutiques and the film industry (most notably
    Silence of the Lambs).

    Roberta loves to work in leather, which she describes as “the most democratic material,” because its richly subtle quality can be applied to everything from lingerie to wedding gowns.
